I found a reprint of the 1993 paper. If you send me your land-mail
address, I'll get a copy to you.
You should probably try to get a copy of:
Dumoulin CL, Souza SP, Walker MF, Wagle W., "Three-dimensional phase
contrast angiography." Magn Reson Med. 1989 Jan;9(1):139-49. It will
describe the physics of the acquistion.
