[Insight-users] DeformableRegistration1(Very Urgent)-NonRigid Registration

Dear All,

Please I need urgent help as to how to run the
DeformationRegistration1.exe example in ITK. I want to perform a
nonrigid registration of 2 breast phantom images to know the
displacement of the tumours in them.


1. What parameters I need to pass to the DeformationRegistration1.exe
2. How do I configure the FiniteElementRegistrationParameters1.txt file to perform this FEM registration.

Please help me
