[Insight-users] Need help regarding registration techniques (ITK newbie :) )

Hey Balaji,

I've just finished PET/CT registration just in 2D. I followed the
"Mutual-Inforamtion" approach. But there should be a 3D transformation
as well.

You might like to read chapter 8.5 in the ITK Software Guide, which is
about "Multi-Modality Registration"
