Have you tried downloading the binary build ?

You can do that from:

           http://code.google.com/p/manageditk/

Look at the panel in the right hand side of the page above,
and you will find the link to:

http://manageditk.googlecode.com/files/ManagedITK-bin-x86-3.14.0.0.zip
