[Insight-users] How to implement ITK built-in functions in assigned region of an image?

Hi Sam,

What kind of functions do you have in mind ?

There are a few ITK filters that take Masks as input,
in addition to an image, but they are not many.

Depending on what your final goal is, you may
get close by processing the full image and then
masking the output with the region by using the
MaskImageFilter.


We will need more details in order to give you
more guidance...
