[Insight-users] How to configure ITK

Dear all,

I try to configure ITK, so I download cmake 2.6-patch3. The first step is to
locate the source code directory and binaries directory in Cmake. However, i
can not find the source code  and binaries directory? Please help me how I
can configure ITK in detail.
