[Insight-users] tiff file reader warning

libtiff provides a mechanism to suppress warnings. We could add a new
method to TIFFImageIO::SuppressTIFFWarningsOn()/SuppressWarningsOff().

Please add a feature request to the bug tracker following the procedure at:

http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_Procedure_for_Contributing_Bug_Fixes
