[Insight-users] Where get input image for RGBImage.cxx example?

Hi All,

1) Can anyone tell me where I might find a suitable input file for the 
RGBImage.cxx example? The ImageType is 3 dimensional.
2) What file types support 3D RGB images, or is it a stack of 2D images 
that is used in RGBImage.cxx and the reader hides/handles complexity?

I looked in Examples/Data directory, but I'm not sure which (if any) are 
appropriate.
