[Insight-users] itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h not found

Hi,

   I tried to follow GettingStarted_ITK_VTK.pdf to connect ITK with VTK but got an error saying "itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h not found". I checked the web and found that it should be located in InsightApplications/Auxiliary/vtk . However, I do not see such a directory in my disk. In fact, my search engine could not find itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h in my pc. I am using vista, itk3.8.0, vtk5.0 and cmake 2.6.  Any help is appreciated.
