Hi Luis and thank you to answer me,
Is there other CT data in this link (http://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/Data/) ? rather than the livertumor data ? 
Also I have tried to open the file http://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/Data/BrainWeb/BrainPart1.tgz using Winrar but I get only one file BrainPart1 without any extension. There is no directory called Brain !

Hi Pascal,

I just tested the .tgz files and they look fine.

Here is what I just did:

$ wget http://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/Data/BrainWeb/BrainPart1.tgz

$ tar -tzf BrainPart1.tgz
Brain/README
Brain/1e1a10f20.txt
Brain/brainweb1e1a10f20.mha
Brain/brainweb1e1a10f20.raw


    Please note that when you extract the .tgz
    file, a directory called "Brain" is created..


    Have you looked inside that "Brain" directory ?



      You should find the files there.
