ITK3DReader::Pointer reader = ITK3DReader::New();
reader->SetFileName(filename);

itk::PhilipsRECImageIO::Pointer parRecIO =  
itk::PhilipsRECImageIO::New();
reader->SetImageIO(parRecIO);
ITK3DImage::Pointer image = reader->GetOutput();
