[Insight-users] 3D registration problem

Hi,

It seems to me that if you use a file format that supports 3D image (e.g.,
Analyze data format), the ITK problem has no problem of reading it in. Also,
when you choose the right file extension as your output image, ITK has no
problem in writing it correctly.
