Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
However I think that it will not solve my problem.
I'll describe it in more details:
I've a stack of 2D slices. Each slice has a thickness of 5mm (which
means that the value in each voxel is an integration on 5mm on the Z
axis).
Between each two slices there is a gap of 1mm. So if I'll put them in
some 3D volume, there will be black space of 1mm between two slices
(thihs is what i mean by mention disjoint slices in the previous
mail).
Does ITK support such structure?
Is there any tool to apply some interpolation to fill this space?
