[Insight-users] Thresholding deformation field in Paraview

Hi, Luis and ITK users,

  In ItkSoftwareGuide 8.15.1 page 470, it described  "Alternatively, you may apply a Threshold filter to the Magnitude of the vector dataset and then glyph the vector data that lies above the threshold."

  However, Threshold filter in paraview 3.0.2 can only be applied to scalar dataset, but not the vector dataset.

  How to threshold the vector magnitudes by 2.1 as in Figure 8.55?  

  The pipeline of the paraview screenshot in Figure 8.55 is not clearly visable in the PDF manual.
