Hi everyone, I have a 2D binary segmentation that has many closed polygons. What I would like is to extract all these polygons as a contour and then use VTK to visualize this on top of the original image. Does ITK have any filter that can extract these closed contours? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Anja
