[Insight-users] ITK, VTK, and Python

Is anyone able to summarise what the differences, advantages and
disadvantages between the various binding mechanisms are? We have
WrapITK, tvtk and perhaps others. As people become interested in
binding to other environments it will be good to know whether there
are already binding approaches that are designed for certain styles of
environment.
