[Insight-users] Using ScalarToArrayCastImageFilter

Hello Everyone,

When using ScalarToArrayCastImageFilter to convert a scalar image
to a vector image, is it possible to have the scalar and vector images
of different dimensions? Can I convert a higher dimensional scalar image
into a vector image of lower dimensions e.g. can a 3-D scalar image be
converted to a 2-D vector image where each vector in the image has 2 elements.
