[Insight-users] use of finite elements to compute strain field

Hi everybody,
I try to compute a strain field (ie:derivatives) from a displacement field.
There is a finite element formalism in ITK, but it is quite difficult for me
to find the way to use it to compute strains from displacements.
In particular, I dont' find the way to impose displacement on elements.
Does anybody have an idea about it ?
