[Insight-users] Diffeomorphic demons registration: difference between MedINRIA and command tool?

Hi Tom,

I've just tried the diffeomorphic registration of MedINRIA, and it works very  well (visually). 

I also tried the command line tool with the same parameters, built from DiffeomorphicDemons-2007-09-Vercauteren-IJSource.zip, but the result shows noticeable residual error. 

I am wondering what the differences are....  Please advise.
