[Insight-users] MFC, VTK, and ITK all together

I have a bunch of examples of combining VTK with MFC here:

A specific example:

While these examples do not use ITK, you can use the same exact
methods and it should work fine (I've used ITK in the same way in
other projects, just not in any of those examples).
