[Insight-users] Executing a program with ITK in Visual Studio 6.0

Please cut / paste your CMakeLists.txt. Maybe you forgive to add the 
right dependencies. Did you follow the steps for creating a new project 
(and a CMakeLists.txt) from the doc ?
