[Insight-users] FEM Registration

Hi all,
I would like to perform a FEMRegistration based application.

I've read the itk hand book and also the paper in the Insight Journal,
but none explain how to configure the parameters files.

I would like to ask some questions:

1) 0   *0.99*  % Similarity metric (0=mean sq, 1 = ncc, 2=pattern int,
3=MI, 5=demons)

2) 1.e1    % TimeStep

3)  interpolating vector field of size [91, 109, 91] interpolation done
     Checking Jacobian  get jacobian
     min Jacobian 0
     Enforcing diffeomorphism
     Enforcing diffeomorphism done
     min E -20525.9 delt E 0.139619 iter 2
     load sizes [91, 109, 91]  image [91, 109, 91]
     energy -20519.3  

Could someone please comment this few lines for me ??

Refering to the first question the second number is the convergence
limit? 0,99 is equivalent to MaxRMSError in the
meansquaresimagetoimagemetric?

And also , the elasticity and RhoC , higher value will correspond to
higher deformations?
