[Insight-users] Ellipse Detection

Hello everybody,
I'm am trying to detect ellipses in a DICOM image (DX image, size 11 MB0.
I was thinking to use the Hough transform, but it is implemented only for
detecting lines and circles.
Did somebody adapt the circle algorithm to find ellipses?
