Hi Garry,

yes, try to reduce the number of points. I use this algorithm with about 2000 points in each set. It takes several minutes to register. Consider your computer speed and how your point sets are aligned already.

Dear all,
I use the ICP example IterativeClosestPoint2.cxx to register the 38195 fixed points
and 37901 moving points, it took me two days already, but I still not get the tranformation
parameters.
Anyone can tell me why? My data is too large?
