[Insight-users] Unit for displacement field

Hi Li,


           The deformation field units are NOT pixels.


The units will be the same as the units of spacing in your input image.


E.g If your input image was an MRI Brain scan with millimeters as
     the spacing units, then your deformation field is reported in
     millimeters.

     or, if your input image was a confocal microscopy dataset,
     with microns as the spacing units, then your deformation field
     is reported in units of microns.
