[Insight-users] wxVTK fails to compile

Dear Insight-users,

In my development I am using the trinity "wxWidgets-ITK-VTK".
Recently for displaying images I tried to use wxVTK.
I have several boxes (Linux Debian-Etch, Linux Debian-Lenny, UNIX 
FreeBSD 6.3)
with different setup (VTK 5.x, VTK 4.x, ITK 3.4, wxWidgets 2.6, 
wxWidgets 2.8).

Neither combination works. Am I missing something? What's the trick?
Could someone help me on that?
