[Insight-users] Create itk+mfc with CMake

Hi James,

Please check if you actually have the "rc.ex" file.

Normally it should be in the same directory as the
Visual Studio compiler "cl.exe".

Use the "search files" feature of your machine and
try to locate this file.

At first sight, it looks like the file is missing
from your installation.


   Please let us know what you find,
