[Insight-users] Drawing "only one" interpolated pixel value from an Image

Look at InterpolateImageFunction. There are 3 methods:
Evaluate
EvaluateAtContinuousIndex
EvaluateAtIndex

The first 2 resampkle the image at non-grid locations.
