The following flags appear in the --debug output:

  "-I/System/Library/Frameworks"
  "(framework"
  "directory)"
  "-I/Library/Frameworks"
  "(framework"
  "directory)"

This is definately the cause of the problem.  We need to find the source
of these flags.  What is the output if you run with --print instead of
--debug?
