[Insight-users] package require ConnectVTKITK is not finding the package

Hi All

I'm building a medical imaging tool using Tcl. This tool retrieves images from a remote database and creates vtkImageData objects from Tcl binary strings for display. I'd like to do a bit of image processing with ITK and it seems the 'ConnectVTKITK' package would be ideal this purpose. However, when I build ITK 2.8.1 on my machine (MacIntel OSX 10.4) this package is not being created.

The file 'CannyEdgeDetectionImageFilterConnectVTKITK.tcl' includes a note that a cmake flag 'ITK_CSWIG_CONNECTVTKITK' must be set to ON, however none of the CMakeLists.txt files in my copy of the distribution mention this flag.

I must admit I'm puzzled... can anybody offer a solution?
