[Insight-users] how to build nifti_tool

Kurt,

You would be well advised to download the the full version of nifti from
http://niftilib.sourceforge.net/ if you want to use the utilities from
Inisght outside of ITK.  The implementation included with ITK is not
intended to be built with the added functionality that comes in the utils
directories.
