Hi Yogesh,

Please use the newer version of the SegmentationEditor
application:

          SegmentationEditorFltkGui

that uses FLTK as GUI instead of Tcl.

You will find it in the directory:

       InsightApplications/
           SegmentationEditorFltkGui
