[Insight-users] Building LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration

Did you build the Auxillary's InsightApplications as well..  The LandmarkMI
tool depends on a few libraries in Auxillary.

I would suggest building InsightApplications as a whole, and not just the
LandmarkMI tool. That should build everything needed.
