[Insight-users] Cmake commands

Hi,

I was wondering if you knew how to change different things in the Visual
Studio Project made thanks to CMake.
The options I would like to change are :

Use UNICODE Response Files
Preprocessor Definitions  (adding the option _REENTRANT)
Use Library Dependency Inputs
Adding a Module definition File

I don't know how to change these options. And if I create a project with
CMake and that I manually change those options in the new created project,
it doesn't save the changements. It goes back to the previous state.
