itk::CentralDifferenceImageFunction That function is almost what I am looking for but unfortunately it is used for images which are 2 dimension. Does anybody know any class like that which is used for 3 dimension images.
itk::CentralDifferenceImageFunction allow users to compute the derivative at specified physical or pixel locations.
thanks
Tony

Subject: [vtkusers] calculation a few pixels derivative
hello all;
I got a few pixel values through a normal vector and then I would like to calculate these values derivatives to get maximum gradient magnitude of them. Is there any class for this or ,should I calculate it just my self?
Does anybody have any knowledge about that?
Thanks
Tony
