[Insight-users] optimized.lib on MS VS 2003 .NET

I do not have wxWidgets installed. I did find this though:

//Library is used for debug links only
optimized_LINK_TYPE:STATIC=optimized

I did try to build ITK as a static library as I heard somewhere that  
it was easier in the long run to do it that way.
