there are some dependency problems with java, which can make the  
whole build process fail if a program exit anormally, like it was the  
case for you. In that case, I run a make clean and rerun the build.  
Those deps problems are also making the parallel build fail with java.
That's quite painful for the java developers, but that out of my  
cmake knownledge. I asked for the help of cmake experts several times  
to fix those deps problems, but never get it.
