[Insight-users] how to read multilayer DICOM

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to read a multilayer DICOM file? The file consists of
one header and many slices data.

When I use itk::ImageFileReader, the output is only the first image, and
when I use itk::ImageSeriesReader< InputImageType >,
it asks for more than one file. Actually these two readers are for 2D
images, right?
