Andinet,
I looked at the example for " itkPolylineMask2DImageFilter" which is
conflict to the example for "itkPolyLineParametricPath1.cxx"
@ Examples/DataRepresentation/Path
The following codes indicate that the vertices are specified in
Continuous Index:
typedef itk::PolyLineParametricPath< Dimension > PathType;
PathType::Pointer path = PathType::New();
image->TransformPhysicalPointToContinuousIndex( origin, cindex );
path->AddVertex( cindex );
Am I missing something here?

The vertices of the polyline parametric path are specified in physical
coordinate system.
That is why we reverted back the change I made yesterday.
Please take a look at the test program on how to use the filter.
