[Insight-users] MRI Registration quality tool

Hi,

Im working with MRI registration. I want to check how good my registrations are
but the difference are quite small and with the LandMarkRegistrationTool (applications in ITK)
it's quite difficult to see. No zoom function. What programs are you using to look for
registration errors?
