[Insight-users] which marker?

Hi luis,I cant do that since relative distance doesn't give out any useful information.Just let you know that I have two marker one the right side of the head(One in up and one down) and also two at the left(again one up and one down)side.I would like to make a conclusion that which one is one the top left which one is on the top right and which one is on the down left and which on the down right independable of  orientation we get the images.

You could calculate their relative distance to the origin of the image.

How are you currently "naming" those markers ?
Relative to anatomical structures ?
