Hi all,

I'm just trying to create a new project, by following 2.2 'Getting 
Started with ITK' of the ITK Software Software Guide.

Okay, so I have created a new directory which contains the two files 
CMakeLists.txt and HelloWorld.cxx. Whilst in this directory, I type 
'ccmake .' both on its own and I have tried supplying the path to 
various directories including the one containing all the binary files, 
but I keep getting 'ccmake: Command not found.'

If anybody could suggest what I doing wrong here it would be much 
appreciated (I am using Linux, by the way).
