[Insight-users] from image to spatial object

thanks Dan, I've probably done something wrong during the vtk installation. 
Could you please tell me how to install the 5.0.3 version. I used Cmake to link 
vtk-5.0.3 (from zip file) but I don't know what to do with the given .exe file.
