Hi Lars,

The class

      itkPatternIntensityImageToImageMetric

was renamed four years ago as:

       itkMeanReciprocalSquareDifferenceImageToImageMetric

Here is the CVS log of the renaming:

The main reason for renaming it, was that the class didn't
exactly implemented the concept of "Pattern Intensity".
