Please look at the following filters:


    itkHausdorffDistanceImageFilter
    itkSimilarityIndexImageFilter
    itkContourMeanDistanceImageFilter

and the metrics:

    itkKappaStatisticImageToImageMetric
    itkMatchCardinalityImageToImageMetric



You may also find interesting to look at
