[Insight-users] Building problems in VC .NET 2003 - include files time.h times.h resource.h

Hi all,

I am having problems building ITK in visual studio .net 2003. The compiler
cannot find the files:

#include <sys/time.h>
#include <sys/resource.h>
#include <sys/times.h>

I have checked my <visual studio path>/Vc7\include directory where I have
only found time.h. I can't seem to locate the other two|: resouce.h and
times.h  files.

Has anyone had the same problem when compiling with .net 2003 ? My OS is Win
XP.
