[Insight-users] Is someone using the Bug Tracker for a new form of spam?

Hi,

I just received an update status from ITK's bug tracker (bug 4489). I
don't know who did the changes but it looks like some kind of hacking!

Here are the changes. Look at the URL

!   Resolution: Works for me

Is there a way to prevent this or am I being paranoid here?
