[Insight-users] Documentation for PolygonSpatialObject

Hello all,

The PolygonSpatialObject looks tempting to use, but I can't find much
documentation on it -- there's no specific mention of it in the ITK Software
Guide, and the online Doxygen (ver 3.2) docs give the method interfaces but
lack an overview of it.

Am I correct to think that the general usage is to use AddPoint() to add a
series of points, forming a loop? All points within the loop are then
considered "inside" of the spatial object?

There are GetThickness() and SetThickness() methods -- what's the general
meaning of the thickness?
