[Insight-users] Image registration

Hi!

I am studying medicine at the local university and additionally I am currently doing my dissertation in radiology. For this, I need to register multiple MRI images that might (usually they do) include e.g. breath artifacts or artifacts that are created by slight movements of the patient. Does the ITK provide the necessary functions? Can someone point me out how to do/start this? :)
