[Insight-users] 3D Multi-Resolution Image Registration

Hello All

I trying to impelement 3D multi resolution registration with 6 parameters
3 for translation and 3 for rotation. I tried Euler3DTransform but the
code did not compile.

Is there any idea or clue?

alos, If any body knows which transform, simalarity metric, interpolator
and optimizer are best combined in the case of 3D-to-3D MR images?
